Questions

Everything people ask, in one place

Pricing first, because it is the question everybody actually has. Then what we need from you, what we are and are not, which lines we cover, and what happens to the document you send us.

25% of first-year savings · $149 flat fee for new-policy placement · $0 if we find no savings · first reply within 24 hours

Pricing and the fee

The same six answers the homepage gives, from the same source, so they cannot drift apart. The pricing page goes further: worked arithmetic, when the fee is owed, and what happens when the saving turns out to be small.

How does pricing work?

Success-based, and stated in full up front: 25% of first-year savings · $149 flat fee for new-policy placement · $0 if we find no savings. No retainer, no subscription, no card required to start, and nothing is charged before you have seen the comparison and approved it.

Do you charge for negotiating insurance?

The review and the negotiation are free. You only pay if we beat your current premium: 25% of first-year savings · $149 flat fee for new-policy placement · $0 if we find no savings. If we cannot beat it, we tell you so and you owe nothing.

Do I have to switch carriers?

No. We benchmark the market first. We take the market result back to your current carrier first, because retention departments usually discount rather than lose a policy. If another carrier genuinely beats them on identical coverage, we show you both prices side by side and you decide. Nothing changes without your approval.

Can you really get me a better rate than going direct?

Most of the time, yes. A direct quote is anchored to whatever the carrier's own website returns; it does not account for negotiation, multi-line discounts, or underwriter relationships. Our team works the levers carriers do not surface on a quote form. Average client saving: $1,247+ a year for the same coverage.

Do I still deal with the insurance company directly?

Yes. The policy is between you and the carrier. We negotiate the terms and handle the paperwork. You own the policy, you make the payments, you control everything. We are your advocate, not a middleman billing you.

What if I already have insurance?

Even better. Send us your declarations page and we audit it for free. You get a first response within 24 hours and a one-page side-by-side comparison in the same week. If we find savings you decide what to do with them; if we do not, you will know your current policy is already competitive.

Before you start

The four things people ask before sending anything over. None of them need an account, a card or a phone call.

What exactly do I need to send you?

The declarations page of the policy you already hold -- the one-page renewal summary your carrier mails or emails you, listing the vehicles, property or vessel, the coverages, the limits, the deductibles and the premium. That is the whole requirement. Send the form, then reply to your confirmation email with the page attached.

Do I need to know my current premium?

Yes, and it is worth checking rather than estimating. The premium you pay today is the number every saving is measured against, and our fee is a share of the difference, so an inaccurate starting figure makes the result meaningless. It is printed on the declarations page you are sending anyway.

When in my renewal cycle should I start?

Three to four weeks before your renewal date is the comfortable window. It leaves time to correct rating errors and to negotiate rather than scramble, and many carriers price an advance quote more favorably than a same-week one. If your renewal is inside a week, call rather than using the form.

What if I do not have a policy yet?

Then there is no premium to negotiate against, so the work is different and so is the price: $149 flat fee for new-policy placement. Only where there is no existing premium to negotiate against — a first car, a newly closed home, a newly bought boat.

What AiM is, and is not

The name is close enough to several other insurance businesses that it is worth being precise about what this one does.

Are you an insurance company?

No. AiM Insurance is an independent insurance negotiation service, and a product of Car Concierge Pro. We do not underwrite, issue or sell policies, and we never become a party to your contract. The policy stays between you and your carrier, and you pay the carrier directly -- we do not collect or remit premium.

Are you affiliated with the carriers you write about?

No. We hold no appointment with, and no endorsement from, any insurance carrier. Where a carrier or a manufacturer is named on this site -- in an article title, a results table or a coverage explanation -- the name is the property of its owner and is used only to describe the coverage being discussed.

Are you a comparison site?

No, and the difference is the whole method. A comparison marketplace hands you a list of quotes and is paid for the click. We start from the policy you already hold and price the same coverage at the same limits. We take the market result back to your current carrier first, because retention departments usually discount rather than lose a policy. If another carrier genuinely beats them on identical coverage, we show you both prices side by side and you decide.

Where are you, and where do you work?

AiM is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Service area is USA, Canada & UAE. Everything happens by email and phone -- there is nothing to visit and nothing to install.

What we cover

Personal lines only. If your question is about something not on this list, the honest answer is that it is not what we do.

Which kinds of insurance do you negotiate?

Four lines are live: car, home, boat, yacht. Private jet is a waitlist, not a live service -- see the next answer. We do not handle commercial or business lines, employer liability, health, life or trucking fleets.

Can you quote or negotiate jet insurance today?

No. Private jet is a waitlist until Q3 2026. Aviation binders are still being finalized, so no jet policy can be quoted, negotiated or bound right now, and anything that suggests otherwise is wrong. You can join the waitlist to be onboarded first when the program opens; many waitlist members start with a yacht or car review in the meantime.

Do you only work with people who are overpaying?

We do not know whether you are overpaying until the comparison is run, and finding out that you are not is a legitimate outcome. If your policy is already priced correctly for your profile, the report says so, you owe nothing, and you have an answer nobody selling you a policy has a reason to give you.

Your policy, your data, our numbers

Three questions a careful reader should ask of any service that wants a copy of an insurance document.

What happens to the information I send you?

It is used to get quotes on your behalf, which is the work you are asking for, and shared with carriers and brokers for that purpose only. Our Privacy Policy states that we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The full detail, including what is stored in your own browser, is in the Privacy Policy.

Can anything change on my policy without me agreeing to it?

No. Nothing changes -- not the carrier, not the limits, not the effective date -- without your explicit approval. The comparison is information. The decision is yours, and declining it costs nothing and closes nothing.

Are the savings figures on this site independently verified?

No, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Cumulative results across Car Concierge Pro and AiM services since 2019. Average annual saving is per negotiated policy. Individual results vary. Those are our own reported results across Car Concierge Pro and AiM. We publish no review or aggregate-rating markup, because self-published review markup is exactly the signal a reader should not trust.

The results page explains how the figures are counted and links the Better Business Bureau profile, which is maintained by the BBB rather than by us.

Still not answered?

Every question above came from an email somebody actually sent. If yours is not here, write to us or call +1-602-910-2500 — you will reach the people who would be negotiating your policy, and we answer every email within 24 hours.

If you would rather read than ask, the sitemap lists every page and every article on this site in one place.

Or skip the reading and send the page.

A free review answers most of this for your specific policy in a way no FAQ can. If we cannot beat your premium, the report says so and you owe nothing.
