What to include

The single most useful thing is your current declarations page — the one-page summary your carrier sends at renewal. It lists your coverage limits, deductibles and premium, which is everything a negotiator needs to tell you whether there is room to move. Without it we can still talk, but the first call is guesswork. The declarations page checklist walks through what should be on yours before you send it.

How to send your declarations page

There is deliberately no upload box on this site. Send the form first; you will get a confirmation email within moments, and the simplest thing is to reply to that email with the declarations page attached — your reference number is already on it, so it lands against the right inquiry. You can also email it straight to [email protected] or text a photo of it to +1-602-910-2500. A phone photo of each page is perfectly workable.

Whether you have to change carriers

You do not have to. We take the market result back to your current carrier first, because retention departments usually discount rather than lose a policy. If another carrier genuinely beats them on identical coverage, we show you both prices side by side and you decide. Nothing on your policy changes without your approval.

What it costs

The review costs nothing and carries no commitment. We are not an insurance carrier and we do not underwrite or issue policies — we negotiate on the policy you already hold, with the carrier you already have. The contract stays between you and your insurer.
